Two Charlotte celebrations at once! When Santa comes to the Firehouse this Sunday, just across the road, on the Town Green, the Charlotte Historic Quinlan Schoolhouse will welcome all to their 22nd Holiday Open House, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Actually, holiday parties at Quinlan are a tradition that traces back to much earlier days of the schoolhouse, which was built around 1850. We'll have an old fashioned tree, hot mulled cider (cold cider too!) cookies and other treats, traditional music, and best of all, an opportunity to get together with friends and neighbors - old and new. Experience the ambiance of Charlotte's restored one room schoolhouse. Ask us about the stories told of celebrations that took place in the mid -1900s. For a short while, step back to the Charlotte of yesteryear. You are invited – please join us!
