Winter Solstice Forest Bathing (Morning)

Past event
Dec 22, 2018, 10 AM to 12 PM

NEW WALK ADDED due to our afternoon walk filling up!

Celebrate and honor Winter Solstice through all of your senses with nature and like minded souls. This mindfulness practice is based on Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) which is the scientifically backed Japanese tradition of nature immersion used to benefit one's physical and mental health. The gentle and slow meander will be less than a mile and completed with a special foraged hot tea in the forest.

* OVER dress with layers and warm boots. Wool and down filled coats are highly recommended!

*Please check your e-mail and the website the day before the event for any updates.
