"Love to make sausage, bacon, your secret family meatball recipe? Want to sell your products at farmer's markets and in-stores next summer? If so, then you're invited to attend the Introduction to the Artisan Meat Business Development Project class on Friday, December 14, from 10am – 12pm in Burlington. The goal of this project is to help low-to-moderate income Burlington residents and members of the New American community living in the Northwest corner of Vermont develop meat focused products so they can be ready to sell them at farmer's markets and in-stores by next summer. Participants will receive business and product development support through the CVOEO Micro Business Development Program and the Mad River Food Hub. There is no cost to participate.
