For the 13th year in a row, the Vergennes Opera House presents "Broadway Direct", an evening of extraordinary Broadway-caliber talent, this Friday, December 7th at 7:30pm.

Tickets are available at this link https://bdwydirect2018.eventbrite.com and also at Lulu's Ice Cream on Main Street in Vergennes and at the door. $18 adults, $15 seniors, and $5 students 18 and under.

Doors and cash bar will open at 6:45pm.

Broadway Direct was created by local resident, innkeeper and veteran Broadway pro Bill Carmichael (Mama Mia, Les Miserables, Cats, peter Pan) who is locally known at Bill Walsh. This year he is welcoming Broadway actors Joseph Dellger (Porgy and Bess, Scandalous, Ragtime) and Anastasia Barzee (Mis Saigon, Jekyll and Hyde, Urinetown) to join him to put on a memorable evening of exceptional music and song. The performers will be accompanied by pianist Scott Nicholas and bass player Justin Rose.

Additionally, three VUHS senior high school students will join the pros on stage: Maddy Smith, Sydney Tarte, and Caitlin Walsh.
