Just a quick reminder that Chandler is pleased and privileged to present the internationally acclaimed Borromeo String Quartet this coming Sunday for a 3 p.m. matinée. Admired and sought out for both its fresh interpretations of the classical canon as well its championing of works by 20th and 21st Century composers, the Borromeos have been hailed for their "edge of the seat" performances which the Boston Globe hails as "simply the best." There has been a slight change in the advertised program. They will perform Haydn's String Quartet #55 in B-flat, Opus 71/1, Beethoven's String Quartet #12 Op.127, and Shostakovich's String Quartet No. 9 in E-flat major, Op. 117, as a replacement for the Ligeti 2nd String Quartet. The audience is invited to enjoy a scrumptious reception following the concert. So get your tickets now! Tickets are available online at chandler-arts.org, or by calling the box office at (802) 728-6464 weekdays from noon until 4 p.m
