The Muck It Up Sprint Adventure Race will consist of trail running, mountain biking, paddling and afew mystery physical challenges throughout the course. Two person teams may consist of male, female or coed teams. Team will follow a pre-marked off-road course during the running and mountain biking segments of the race and paddle on the Winooski River. Compass reading and orienteering will not be necessary. A full set of race rules are available on www.colchestervt.gov web site under Parks and Recreation Department - Special Events. Course distances and rules are subject to change. Cost per team is $115.00. This will include post race refreshments, race shirt and finishers award. Register today as this race only has room for 80 total teams!
