NMHS is hosting a VSAC Forms support day/evening on Thursday, December 6th @ NMHS Library. Anne Kaplan, our VSAC counselor will be available to help families work on the financial aid forms such as
FAFSA or the VSAC Grant applications. Families can stop in at their leisure from 3PM - 7:30PM or schedule a separate time to meet with Anne at maftuck@cvsu.org.

IMPORTANT - Here is a message from VSAC about what you need to bring with you to the meeting.

Necessary Information for Filing Financial Aid Forms
 Your and your student's alien registration number or permanent residence card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
 Your and your student's Social Security Number (can be found on Social Security card and federal tax return if you claim your student.)
 Your student's driver's license number (Not necessary—it's optional)
 Your student's 2017 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned if they did not file a tax return.
 Your and your student's (and your spouse's, if you are married) 2017 Federal Income Tax Return - IRS Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ.
 Your and your student's total cash, savings, & checking
 Your most recent business (value and debt), investment (value and debt excluding qualified retirement investments 401K's, IRA's etc.), and real estate (value of home and other property and debt remaining) information.
