Hello Neighbors,

By now you should have received a mailing from the BWHOA. This mailing included an invoice for your yearly dues, a copy of the 2019 budget and a proxy form.

The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday December 4th at 6:30PM at the Allen Brook School Cafeteria.

If you are not able to attend the meeting please fill out a proxy form and give it to a neighbor that will be attending or a board member. We need a total of 35 homeowners or proxies in hand to conduct the meeting.
