For those not familiar with it, Peacham's Town Meeting Day is Tues, March 4 at the Congregational Church. At 10am the annual School Meeting begins which may run 1.5-2 hours, Then the annual Town Meeting begins as soon as the school meeting adjourns. No matter where we are with either meeting, there will be a lunch break, usually 12-1pm (see Town Meeting Lunch posting). In order to vote, you must be registered in Peacham, however the meeting (and lunch) is open to everyone. If you cannot make it this year, mark your calendar for the 1st Tues in March next year; the School and Town alternate each year as to which goes first. The 2013 Town Report is available online at Peacham.net or in print at the town office. It includes the agenda for the 3/4/14 meeting, proposed budget and past financial info, and reports from the various town committees.
