Benefit Concert for the Ronald McDonald House

Past event
Dec 19, 2018, 7 to 9 PM

Hi everyone!
A group of musicians (specifically cellists!) from the area are coming together this holiday season to host a fundraising concert for the Ronald McDonald House in Burlington. The Ronald McDonald House offers a warm, friendly place for families to stay while their child is receiving treatment at the UVM Children's Hospital. As a non-profit, they rely heavily on donations from the community. Their website can be found here: https://www.rmhcvt.org/
The concert will take place Wednesday Dec. 19 at 7pm in the recital hall at the Richmond Free Library. The evening will explore cello music throughout history and will include composers ranging from Bach, to Saint-Saens, to TwoCello (a modern cello duo). Tickets will be sold at the door for $15 (adults) and $5 (students). That being said, we acknowledge the diverse economic backgrounds of Vermonters so if you cannot afford this ticket price, please let us know and contribute what you can. All proceeds go to RMH.
I hope you can make it and support Vermont musicians and this cause!
