Finding a date of death for an ancestor can be very important to our genealogy searches. Sometimes the answer is not easily found, but there are many sources that might give you the answer you need. On Saturday, December 1, three of our staff members will show you more than 50 ways to locate a death date. Sources can range from formal documents we're all familiar with to the truly unique, or even bizarre. Cemeteries are an important source of information about deaths and they will be covered in detail.Classes at the VT Genealogy Library are $10.00 and run from 10:30 to noon.
