Hello. I started as the Richmond Town Manager on Nov. 5 and have had a chance to meet many residents in my first few weeks on the job. In an effort to meet more people in town I will be at the Richmond Holiday Market this Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9am - 3pm. I will have a table set up at the base of the stairs in the Town Center.
