Celebrate the holiday season, bundle up with family and friends and join the Isle of Patmos Masonic Lodge and the Islander on Saturday December 1 for the second annual holiday parade! Come see Fire Trucks, Floats, personal and professional vehicles as well as individuals decorated in lights and seasonal splendor. The parade will start at the Champlain Islands Community Health Center at approx. 5pm and proceed down Rt 2, turning onto South St at the Community Bank and continue to Folsom School, less than a mile. Watch from anywhere along the route. Then feel free to attend a meal at the CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH following the parade for a delicious dinner of Goulash, buttered toast OR Mac and Cheese; Hot dogs, Michigan Sauce, dessert, hot and cold drinks. There will be a flat fee charge of $5 per person, aged 5 and under free. ALL proceeds to benefit the UVM Children's Hospital. Psst, Santa hopes to fly in to see good boys and girls!
