Holiday season is upon us. A great family activity can be listening to podcasts. If you're not sure how to find them or download them, an upcoming workshop at the Waterbury Library on Tuesday evening, December 4th will show you how to do just that. Delia Gillen, the library's technology specialist will be leading a workshop called "All About Podcasts" at 6:30. Bring your phone or tablet and discover how to download podcasts, where to find podcasts that you are interested in, and which apps are used to play podcasts.
Simply put, a podcast is basically an audio program posted on the internet. It can be in story form, educational or informative, or an interview, just to name a few formats.
