On two upcoming Saturdays, November 24th and December 8th, the Yoga Place will offer a meditation session, facilitated by Danielle Fogarty, 10:00-11:15 a.m. This will be an opportunity to explore sitting quietly and perhaps finding the clear
space inside. Meditation is not random, it will not suddenly descend upon you, it takes a little introduction and then some practice.

The meditation session on November 24th will be followed by a special Thankful Flow Hatha yoga class from 11:30-1:00 p.m., facilitated by Kat Daley. The class is by donation with all donations going to Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services. Join Kat for a themed asana series with select gratitude practices to acknowledge and appreciate the richness of life exactly as it is while generating the powerful, creative energy of gratitude and abundance.
