I'm at it again, teaching Noyes Rhythm, a 100-year-old system of movement that was founded by a radical woman, Florence Noyes. ALL WELCOME. It is a combination of simple flow technique and creative, fun, gentle improvisation guided by nature imagery and gorgeous classical and jazz piano music.
