Restorative Community Justice of Southern VT (RCJSV) provides free monthly trainings in restorative practices, methods of restorative justice, and nonviolent conflict resolution.

This training will go through a restorative process to help people in conflict hear each other in order to repair relationships, restore trust, and find resolution. Participants will learn about:
what a restorative circle is
- how to organize a circle for conflicting parties;
- the role of the practitioner in the process;
- how to conduct individual intakes with those involved;
- tools for facilitating a restorative circle.
