Zack Stevens and Lauren Ballard are having a women's self defense seminar THIS WEEKEND at Onta Studio in Williston. I have taken their Dangerous Girls class before and absolutely recommend it!
November 17th and 18th | Saturday 3-6 pm | Sunday 12-3 pm
"This two day seminar expands on the material usually trained in our Dangerous Girls Class.
- The first day's focus is on awareness, pre-assault indicators, boundary setting, deescalation, the way predatory violence manifests, the effects of adrenaline, and accessing a combative mindset. We will also be training basic striking skills.
- The second day builds upon the material presented in the first day, and will focus on escapes from clinches and on the ground, and flipping the switch from defensive to offensive action."
