EHS Drama department will present "Big Fish," 2013's Broadway hit based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton. Seventy five talented student actors and crew are involved with Essex High School's annual Fall Musical.
Performance dates are this Thursday, Friday and Saturday (11/15-17) at 7:00 PM and Sunday (11/18) at 2:00 PM. Tickets are available online by visiting Brown Paper Tickets https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/3738190 and and remaining seats will be sold at the door. $5 for students/seniors/children, $10 general admission.
"Big Fish" tells the tale of Edward Bloom, a man who leads an extraordinary life—according to the stories he tells his son, Will. But Will, now getting married and expecting a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father's epic tales. Along the way, you'll meet witches, mermaids, giants and a whole circus of characters in this 2h 15m family-friendly production.
There is plenty of free, onsite parking available and concessions will be available by donation during intermission.
