"Vermont vs. Hollywood: 100 years of Vermont in Film." Historian Amanda Kay Gustin will examine the ideals represented by Vermont in films over time. She will show us interesting and fun insights into the hold the state has had on imaginations in the media age. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center on Barre St., 1:30 p.m. This event is a Vt. Humanities sponsored program, so is free of charge for everyone.
