On Sunday, November 18, at 2 pm, the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington will host a presentation on Medicare Facts and Fraud, which will then lead into a larger discussion/presentation about general consumer fraud and financial exploitation through the Building Bridges program. This talk will be presented by a representative from COVE, Community of Vermont Elders, whose mission is to promote and protect a higher quality of life for Vermont's elders, through higher education and advocacy.
