Dealing with leaky pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life? Want to build strength and function AND have fun during the "core" of winter?
This 6-week series focuses on retraining your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Each week, you'll be learning how to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
In this series, you will learn:
- Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function
- Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor
- Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function
- And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements.
We'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness.

Vanessa Gengler is a Restorative Exercise Specialist, Movement Coach, RYC™ (Restore Your Core) teacher in training, and the pro behind the Exercise & Movement module in the online program Baby Making & Beyond!
