In Vermont, only 14% of computer science program college graduates identify as female. In 2017, only 26% of all professional computing occupations were held by women. What's going on here? Employers want to diversify & recruit more women; tech jobs provide benefits & flexibility, a proven advantage to working women in a rural state like Vermont. Come listen to our panel of professional women tell their stories. How did they get there? What obstacles did they have to face and overcome?
