Do Robots Have an Ability to Reflect Moral Judgment?
The third and last in our series of potluck talks and discussions on the implications of Artificial Intelligence is coming! UVM Professor Josh Bongard will be back with us on 9/13 to discuss the moral and ethical ramifications of AI.

Could AI ever have the ability to think and act independently of its creator, understanding the moral consequences of its actions? What happens if its creator is morally depraved? What are the ethical dimensions we must consider in the development of artificial intelligence? What does looking at issues in AI tell us about what it means to be conscious? to be moral? to be human?

Come join us in the MMU Library Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 6:30 pm for food, learning and conversation -- it's a potluck so bring some food along!
