Next, local AmeriCorps member Lynnette Volden will teach you how to forage, cook, and store the United States' most easily hunted and delicious mushrooms. Tips on what to look for when to find them and how to make your haul last through the winter. She will even share her recipes for wild mushroom lasagna and risotto with you!
