The International Joint Commission is coordinating a flood study of the Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Basin to identify causes of past flooding and to make recommendations for possible mitigation measures to minimize future flooding along the Lake and River.
The Study Board is hosting a public meeting in South Burlington this Friday evening, Nov. 9 from 6-8 PM. The meeting will allow you to hear about current work of the study, ask questions of the study's technical experts, and share your input on possible solutions being considered.
If flooding has impacted you, your property, your community and/or your business, I hope that you will participate in this meeting on November 9, 2018 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 870 Williston Road, South Burlington, Vermont
