How durable, comfortable, and affordable can a new modular home be?

We invite you to an open house on Saturday, November 10, at noon. Come tour a Vermod, Vermont's zero energy modular (ZEM) home with us. This model home is located on the new triangular park bordered by Route 125, Route 30, and Academy Street.

Part of Efficiency Vermont's ZEM program, this innovative award-winning home has solar panels and battery storage to balance its energy supply and demand. Efficiency Vermont will provide information on ZEM siting, assembly, and the partner organizations, which provide incentives and financing.

The tour, Q & A, and refreshments will be from Noon to 1 PM on November 10.
