During this time of transition, it is essential to give yourself uninterrupted time to spend outdoors. Come experience the energy of fall by connecting to nature in the beautiful Charlotte Wildlife Refuge. This will be a time for you to unplug, slow down and de-stress from your daily routine. Follow your Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, Duncan Murdoch, through a series of sensory connection invitations to practice "Forest Bathing" and a new level of Nature Mindfulness. A hot, locally foraged tea will be served in the forest to complete the experience.

"Forest Bathing" is the english translation of the Japanese term, Shinrin-yoku. Created in 1982, Shinrin-yoku was introduced to people as a practice of forest immersion for wellness. We are all already connected deeply to nature. This practice serves as an opportunity to remind yourself of your connection and to feel the natural world through all of your senses. The Guide holds space, tracks time, ensures the safety of participants and offers different ways to experience the forest.

Get your tickets to reserve a spot and we'll see you there!
