Mark your calendars now! The Sunday before Thanksgiving, Nov. 18, three terrific workshop facilitators will present the story of healthy soils, and demonstrate how they can absorb and hold water, to prevent flooding and run-off, keep ground green during drought, and nourish roots that hold soil in place through storms.

The Vermont Healthy Soils Coalition invites all interested to attend this free public forum, connect with others concerned about climate, enjoy refreshments and share questions, from 1 p.m. to 4 pm., at the Universalist Church in St. Johnsbury, located opposite Catamount Arts at the corner of Eastern Ave. and Cherry St.
