"Mixing it Up: Encaustic, Cold Wax, and Found Object Paintings" will be on display at Chelsea Public Library from November 1st until December 31st.

Julia Pavone is a working artist, creating abstract and mixed media paintings. Over the years, she has been given exhibitions in Connecticut, New York City, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
