Allow yourself time for self-care and deep relaxation this holiday season with a candle lit, restful yoga practice. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that aims to release layers of tension, reverse the effects of stress and create an environment for conscious relaxation through long holds of supported postures with props. Breath work, guided meditation and aromatherapy are included in each class.
No experience necessary, this class is open to all.
Space is limited to 10 participants per session.
