The Town of Charlotte Trails Committee, with assistance from a project Steering Committee, is continuing work on the detailed layout of the portion of the Town Link Trail that lies along State Park Road. The second public work session will be held on November 13, 2018 in the Town Offices at 6:15 PM at the start of the Selectboard meeting.

This second work session will review the various layout options that the Steering Committee has developed for locating the Trail along or near State Park Road. A Steering Committee representative will explain the different options and the pros and cons of each option. The Steering Committee hopes to generate consensus from attendees by the end of the meeting on the most suitable alignment. Come to this meeting to provide input on which alignment option you think is most appropriate. Information on the options can be found after Nov 5 on the Town website under Town Committees/Trails Committee/State Park Road Path.

This work is building on the alignment recommendations of the Town Link Trail Scoping Study completed in 2017.
