Love pies, but hate all of the hassle? Hand pies are a great compromise! As you begin to think about treats for family and friends during the holiday season, add some flair to your holiday traditions by trying a batch of hand pies that pack a lot of flavor in a small, convenient, and yummy package. Participants will get hands-on time to learn the art of crafting bakery-quality hand pies with tips for creating the perfect crust and flavorful filling. This class is instructed by local bakery owner Allie Gomez McLam of Re-Marc-Able Bakery. Registration is required (through Colchester Parks & Recreation).
