On Monday, Nov. 5th a representative from Vermont Health Connect will be on hand to present the latest updates for the 2019 Open Enrollment season. Topics will include an overview of the 2019 VHC plans, health insurance basics, plan selection strategies, financial assistance, and how to apply. (Open enrollment runs from Nov. 1st through Dec. 15th and this will be an excellent opportunity to receive in-person assistance.) The VHC representative will be at the Joslin Library from 4pm until 5:30pm.
