Town Meeting Food Sale – March 4, 2014
7am-7pm
2nd Annual Building Committee-sponsored Food Sale will be held at the Middletown Springs Historical Society.
Vote at the Firehouse and then stop over for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner….
Opening at 7am! We’ll be there serving up hot coffee & baked goods. Pick up lunch-to-go on your way to work. Take break anytime during the day and have a meal with us. Voting on your way home? Buy dinner on your way home. Building Committee members will be on hand to serve up the delicious offerings as well as to answer questions about the Town Building process. The informational boards from February’s Meeting will also be on display.
Thank you for your support of the New Town Building Project. Safe storage for our town records and adequate work space for our town officers is our ultimate goal, and we’re hoping you’ll help the funding efforts, one brownie at a time. All proceeds will go directly into the Town Municipal Facilities Fund.
Willing to help with the Food Sale? We are looking for donations of food and baked goods – see list of suggestions below. Donations may be dropped off Monday, March 3 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Historical Society, or the following morning. Kimberly Mathewson has offered to coordinate the sale; knowing in advance who is making what dishes makes this task much less stressful.
