"Making a difference in the world begins with understanding your place in it." Long-term study abroad programs offer high school students the opportunity to do just that. Whether you take the challenge to spend a year living with a family and attending school in another country, or whether you offer to open your home to an inbound exchange student, your understanding of the world will likely be transformed in ways you hadn't considered.
Interested? Join representatives from the Randolph Rotary and our local AFS Team this Thursday evening at 7 PM in Room 112, to learn about what's involved in applying and preparing for a year in another culture. Rotary will offer one local student a significant scholarship to pursue a year abroad, and AFS offers an array of programs, several of which come with a full scholarship to competitive students.
