Shanna Ratner makes one-of-a-kind tile mosaics from recycled ceramics. She also makes block prints that are individually carved, inked, pulled, and sometimes painted. Like her mosaics, each print is unique and has its own natural variations. Shanna is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence gallery in St. Albans, VT.
Eddie Gagne is a self-taught carver. He creates realistic duck decoys for hunting or for display. Eddie uses a variety of materials and meticulous painting techniques. Eddie is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence gallery in St. Albans, VT.
Claire Payne's work is influenced by the culture and history of this region. Her first love is painting, but she also uses other traditional mediums, as well as reclaimed materials. Clair is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence gallery in St. Albans, VT.
Gillian Ireland briefly revisited pottery twenty years after a single college class, gave it up again to focus on her family and career, and only recently resumed what has now become an enjoyable obsession. Gillian produces brightly-colored functional pieces in her basement studio, while continuing to balance work and family. Gillian is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence gallery in St. Albans, VT.
