Otter Valley Unified Union School District is seeking voter approval for a safety and security bond to address unmet needs at OVUHS, Neshobe and Lothrop. State grant funding will meet these needs at Leicester, Whiting and Sudbury but the larger schools have needs that are more extensive than the grant funds can cover.
