Have you been on a life-long quest towards better health? Maybe you've wanted to lose weight, eat better, have more energy, be less stressed, or exercise more. These goals seem simple enough, but why do they seem so out of reach? Like we're always taking two steps forward and one step back?
It could be because we're often unclear about what we TRULY want and set unrealistic, vague goals. They sound good, but what does a goal like 'eat better' actually mean to you? How will you adjust your lifestyle to meet this goal and not go back to old habits?
