Stop by the Johnson Historical Society booth to see the following:
1954 John Deere Model 40--Typical size of tractors used on small farms around Johnson during the 50's.
1911 Waterloo Boy 6 H.P. "Hit & Miss" engine. Used to power larger machines. Open crank shaft.
1945 John Deere 1 1/2 H.P. "Hit & Miss" engine belted to John Deere. Pump Jack to pump water. Engine was multi-use power unit around farm.
Model 1B Corn Sheller, used for shelling kernels from corn cob.
Washing Machine C. 1915. Wood construction and manually powered. Found in local barn and donated to historical society.
