Community members are invited to attend an open house to re-introduce the 78 acre Craftsbury School Woodlot. You will hear a bit about the history of the donated property, see how it was used by Craftsbury Academy for the past 60 years, and hear about plans for the future. Anyone interested in forestry, nature, and the environment is welcome to join us for a brief talk at the parking lot kiosk, then a relaxed walk around the 1.5 mile trail. Jared Nunery, Orleans County Forester, will speak.
