Join our physical therapist and certified yoga instructor, Lucy D'Aponte, for part one of our Healthy Pelvis Series: Yoga for Pelvic Pain. This 6 week series will begin on November 7, 2018 - December 19, 2018 (will not meet the week of Thanksgiving).
If you suffer from pubic symphysis dysfunction, vulvodynia (vulvar pain), dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vaginismus or other undiagnosed pelvic pain incorporating some holistic treatments such as yoga can help. This 6 week series will guide you to relax, release tension, and reconnect with your pelvis. Expect gentle movement with room for instruction on proper alignment for yoga postures.
