Fun for all! Friday Oct 26, Free Pizza at 6 pm. Poetry and MORE at 6:30pm. Have you ever wondered what an "anything goes poetry slam" is? It is another name for singing/lyrics are poems; for reciting language/sometimes English; for finding rhythm in dance and language/poems. Bring your Guitar, your tap shoes, your voice and raise up our voices as we celebrate the wonder of language and its power to move us. Come as an active spectator or bring your own poems/music, or a favorite poem or song by someone else (just tell us whose it is). Please use the BACK door at the ALDRICH PUBLIC LIBRARY. See ya there.
