Otter Creek Yoga is hosting another Postcard Party in advance of the November midterm elections. We are contacting voters who live on one of the five major tribal reservations in North Dakota: Spirit Lake, Rolette (Turtle Mountain), Standing Rock, Fort Berthold (Three Affiliated Tribes), and Lake Traverse (Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate). These voters are being notified that they CAN vote, if they get a free tribal ID at the tribal enrollment office.
