Getting in the spirit of Halloween? How about a talk on true stories and credible folklore about the dark side of life in Vermont. Come join us to hear author Joe Citro tell us tales of the odd, the supernatural and the sublime. This program takes place at the Montpelier Senior Center, but always, anyone of any age is welcome.
