THE 5 SECRETS FOR SUCCESSFUL NEGOTIATIONS
MORRISVILLE – Have you ever dreaded going to the dealership to “haggle” over the purchase of a vehicle? Felt like you didn’t get a “good Price” on the furniture or appliance you just bought? Frustrated over contract negotiations in the workplace? Wanting more more persuasion and influence with family situations?
This interactive workshop will explore and discuss the five secrets to successful negotiating. It will also uncover the mistakes that we make when negotiating almost anything. Attendees will have an opportunity to discover the “tricks” that companies use to get us to buy – even sometimes against our better judgment. All will leave the workshop with an abundance of tools, ideas and techniques that can be applied immediately in all negotiations with others. The presenter, Carrie Gendreau, is a recognized expert in this area. She was born and raised in Littleton, NH where she still lives with her husband. She is a certified Dale Carnegie Course Instructor and is the owner of The Training Connection as well as Emma & Co. Consignment Boutique and has been an Adjunct Professor for 18 years at Granite State College. The workshop will take place on March 19th from 9 am to noon in the Community Room at GMTCC. The cost to attend is $49 and pre-registration is required. Please visit www.vtsbdc.org and click on TRAINING to register and pre-pay on line or email or call Heather Gonyaw at hgonyaw@vtsbdc.org , 802-728-9101.
