Talking to Kids About Racism at Zenbarn

Past event
Nov 13, 2018, 7 to 9 PM

Talking about race and racism can be difficult -- especially with children. But that does not mean we shouldn't have these conversations. This three part discussion group addresses the impact of racism on our children. It is designed to help people discuss these issues with children in a meaningful and age-appropriate way. It includes resources, discussion, and role playing. This is the first day of the series. The other days occur November 27th and December 11th. This event will occur at Zenbarn Studio 179 Guptil Rd, Waterbury Center, VT 05677. To sign up and learn more, visit: https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/OUOZ-pZ3taLQy3ZFQEfdjg.
