What is the Yummiest Cheesy Potato Cabbage Casserole ? Bubble and Squeak of course. It will be served at the Brookfield Old Town Hall Harvest Dinner along with so much other delicious food (soups, meat and vegetarian casseroles, pork or cheese tamales, bread, dessert...).

Come celebrate the bounty of the season with friends and neighbors, and enjoy seasonal cooking emphasizing local vegetables, meat, and cheese at our Harvest Dinner.

Soups, entrees, and desserts will satisfy meat lovers, vegetarians, and younger palates with traditional regional and international flavors. There will be hot and cold beverages, BYOB if you wish and reservations are not necessary.

Cost is $15/adult and by donation for children under 18.

Doors open at 6 PM to give you time to find a table, mingle, and share an appetizer. We will be ready to serve food at 6:30 PM. All proceeds benefit the Brookfield Old Town Hall. All vegetables are locally raised and donated by Camp Merrishko Certified Organic Farm. We look forward to sharing a table and serving a delicious evening to all who support our Old Town Hall.
