If you've seen me host an estate sale in the past- I have updated this entire thread and deleted what has been sold. And dropped prices on the majority of items!

I'm hosting an estate sale on Saturday October 20th from 930am-11am at 2340 Gregg Hill Rd, Waterbury Center. The house was owned by a famous Vermont realtor, who left all of his possessions in this beautiful farmhouse, circa 1825. If you intend to buy any item over $50, or a few items adding up to over $50, I can meet you individually any day after work.

Prices: You will notice that most items are best offer. I am not in a rush to sell these items, however I am open to negotiating because I need the funds. I'm also open to quantity discounts- buy 2 items and I'll negotiate a better deal. I don't want to rip people off, nor do I want to get ripped off because I need the funds for insulation work, and building my startup house remodeling business. Please keep in mind- I'm only able to respond to emails- otherwise I would be on the phone all day for Craigslist (and I have a full time job!). Let me know if you have any questions!
