Participants Will Experience Each Week:
The joy of restoring movement, alignment, and strength to all areas of your body while learning how to unravel the restrictions produced from daily life. Workshops are open to those who are new to yoga, as well as, those who are looking to grow an experienced practice.

3/2/14 ~ "unDOing the density of the body and BEcoming liberation, bliss, and infinite":
Our bodies love us so much that they are willing to create the density from our thoughts and beliefs, a validation of the limitations we play with here on earth, until something really is "the matter" within us. Get a tiny taste of what it feels like to re-member your original blueprint, dissolve some density, and play in the field of infinite possibilities. All levels are welcome. Warning: we will be PLAYING, anyone suffering from fun allergies will want to avoid this particular practice.

BIO: Wendy Reese, RYT
Wendy Reese is a modern superhero for visionaries whose greatest enemy is their own self! Through her intuitive guidance, wise, yet heart driven writing, and off the charts classes, she’s here to help introduce the realest, purest, most epic version of you to yourself so that you can then confident, courageously, and competently follow your purpose of making a difference in this world NOW. And even when it’s challenging, even when it feels like she’s asking too much, there is something so accepting, calm, and loving about her that you want to give your all knowing she believes in the true you. With her keen wit, you can expect to not only laugh at her, you’ll find yourself laughing lovingly at yourself, too.

As a 200 RYT, she has been teaching a unique, self-developed version of hatha yoga for 12 years. Just as athletes train for their sport, Wendy's style of yoga is training for how to live off the mat! She is a published author of two books, numerous articles, blogs and in two collaborative books- The Courage To Fly Project and Self Love. She has a BS in exercise science and a MA in Applied Community Change and Conservations. She is also certified in trauma healing.

And when she’s not superhero-ing, you can find her indulging in zone out time by staring out at the gorgeous view at her home in the Green Mountains of Vermont, laughing with friends over good food and drink or in the kayak in the summertime, hugs from her sweetheart, and the occasional bathing of elephants.
